The data is provided to hoteliers / restaurateurs / professional guides for the execution of the contract.

The data we collect are usually common data, the processing of which for the execution of a contractual relationship or for the fulfillment of legal obligations does not require your explicit consent.

However, in particular situations you could provide us with data that can be qualified as "particular categories of personal data" and that is data that reveal "racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person ".

These categories of data can be processed only with your consent, expressed in writing (point 7) which can be revoked by you at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

In light of this information relating to the processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679 - GDPR, when registering for the trip you will be asked to give your consent or not.

CONSENT TO SENDING ADVERTISING COMMUNICATIONS

The granting of consent for the sending of marketing communications is optional and the refusal to grant this does not prejudice in any way the contractual relationship with the Owner and the activities connected to it. The treatments for marketing purposes are considered valid until you withdraw your consent (or unsubscribe), or after 12 months from the last communication of which there is evidence of direct interaction (click, opening, response). Your email address and your name will be processed to send you emails relating to our services through the WIX platform.
